ATTN: Hunting Lease Property Ad

 The St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District is soliciting proposals to lease out its 934 acres of hunting property located along the MRGO, near the Shell Beach area, in St. Bernard Parish.  All parties interested in leasing the property should request a solicitation packet from Joelle Michel by email at jmichel@stbernardport.com or by phone at 504-277-8418.  All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled “St. Bernard Port MRGO Hunting Property Lease”.  Sealed proposals will be received by the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District, 3rd Floor of 100 Port Boulevard, Chalmette, Louisiana 70043, P.O. Box 1331, Chalmette, Louisiana, 70044-1331, until 2:00 p.m., on Friday, August 25, 2023. At such time proposals will be publicly read, no proposal will be accepted after 2:00 p.m.
